Welcome to Bri Hicks Physio & Performance! The clinic is located in Better Bodies Club, a private gym in Kitsilano.

DIRECT BILLING: I offer direct billing to most extended health insurance providers! Please make sure you fill out the Insurance Information Collection Form before your visit via the intake form.

ICBC AND WORKSAFEBC CLIENTS: I offer Direct Billing for ICBC and WorkSafeBC. To book a WorkSafeBC or ICBC appointment, you must have a valid claim number upon booking.

PARKING DETAILS AND DIRECTIONS: I am located at 2060 W Broadway. There is free underground parking for clients located underground the building. Access to the parking is in the alleyway behind the clinic. Please park in any of the parking stalls labeled Better Bodies.

CLINIC AMENITIES & FACILITIES: Changing rooms, lockers, towels, as well as showers with shampoo and conditioner are also available for your use.

ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS: Upon your arrival, please kindly wait in the reception area, and I will come out to greet you when it’s time for your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY: I have a 24 HOUR cancellation policy. If you cancel past this point, you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

WAITLIST: If you do not find an availability suitable to your needs, add your name to the waitlist for your preferred date(s) and time(s) and you will be contacted if something opens up.

Brigitta (Bri) completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Queen’s University and her Master of Physiotherapy at Western University. During her time at Queen’s, she completed the three-year Strength and Conditioning Internship Program, earning the role of Head S&C Coach for the Varsity Queen’s Gaels Men’s Volleyball and Men’s Hockey teams. Before becoming a Physiotherapist, she also worked as a certified fitness instructor and has supported several sports teams in both training and rehab settings.

Brigitta has completed post-graduate training in manual therapy, IMS/dry needling, Clinical Pilates, pre/postnatal and pelvic floor physiotherapy, running assessment, and rehab following running-related injuries. She takes an active, hands-on approach to treatment, combining functional movement retraining with exercise performance to support recovery and prevent injury. Bri works closely with each client to set clear, specific goals and build a personalized plan that fits their needs, lifestyle, and long-term outcomes.

With a lifelong passion for sport and the outdoors, Brigitta has competed at the provincial level in multiple sports including 100m & 400m hurdles and field hockey, and has completed two Ironman 70.3 races, numerous half marathons, and done many multi-day backcountry hiking trips. She enjoys working with individuals of all backgrounds - whether they’re athletes or people simply looking to move and feel better in their daily lives.

Outside the clinic, Bri enjoys hiking, skiing, travelling, running, and strength training. She is passionate about helping others return to the activities they love - stronger and more resilient than before.
